Clinical documentation, with you in control
Eir captures a consultation, organises it into a source-linked draft and keeps every clinical decision yours.
Prepare. Capture. Review and sign.
The source stays visible, the draft stays editable and the final decision stays yours. Nothing becomes part of the record until you sign it.

Prepare the episode
Open an assessment episode, invite the patient to a short intake, and collect licensed questionnaires with deterministic scoring. Missing answers are shown as missing, never guessed.
Adult ADHD intake · progress note · follow-up · referral -
Capture the consultation
Record, dictate or type. One clear Start, Pause and Stop; a visible recording indicator; English (UK, US) and Norwegian. Interruptions recover without losing a segment.
Speaker uncertainty is shown, never invented -
Review, sign, export
Every generated sentence links back to its source segment or form answer. You edit, attest and sign. Export a PDF or structured text to your patient record; amendments create a new version.
Author, version and template provenance are stored
You can see where every sentence came from.
- Source links. Click a statement in the draft and the transcript segment or form answer that supports it is highlighted.
- Authorship by section. Eir-generated text and clinician-authored text are labelled structurally, section by section, and the labels survive export.
- Not documented, not invented. Missing information is marked as missing. Eir never fills a gap from general knowledge.
- A visible signing boundary. Drafts cannot silently become signed records. Signing stores author, version, timestamp and template provenance.
- Names and identifiers match the episode
- Medication names, doses and units checked
- Negations preserved (“no change”, “denies”)
- Who said what is correctly attributed
- Clinical assessment section written by you
Templates that match the work.
Eir starts from a small set of templates: an adult ADHD assessment report, a progress note, a follow-up note and a referral draft. Each one separates what the patient reported, what you observed and what you decided. The clinical assessment section is always written by you; Eir never drafts it.
Designed for the details that matter.
Medication names and doses, negation, timing and who said what can change the meaning of a note. Transcription and drafting can make mistakes. Eir keeps the source beside the draft, links every generated sentence to the segment or form answer it came from, and requires your review before you sign. A source link is an aid to checking, not proof that an interpretation is correct.
Fit it around your patient record.
Export is text or PDF. Eir does not claim automatic integration with a Norwegian EPJ, an NHS record or a US EHR. You decide how a signed note is transferred under your practice's record policy, and a trial ending does not remove your ability to read or export saved notes.
For Norway, the UK and the USA.
The interface starts in English. Consultations support English (UK, US) and Norwegian as the source and draft language. Your clinic's legal, record-keeping and data-processing requirements still apply in each market. Contact us before using patient data, particularly for US protected health information, where a BAA and suitable processing arrangements are required.
Reach a signed, exported note on a synthetic case in your first ten minutes.
Start with a synthetic consultation today. Real-patient use begins only after your clinic's data agreement, configuration and access checks are complete.
