Exactly how the month works.
Each account can start one free calendar month. Your trial starts when you create an account, or when you start it explicitly if you already have one. If the following month has fewer days, the trial ends on that month's last day at the corresponding time, and your account shows the actual end time. No card is required and there is no automatic charge.
What happens at the end?
Creating new work and running processing require an active plan after that time; authorised reading and export of saved notes remain available. You will not be charged automatically. Choose a plan in your account or request a clinic plan, and we agree the commercial terms before activating access. Contact us separately to close an account or discuss clinical data retention.
Research collaboration is a separate agreement.
Research tools and study participation have their own scope, protocol and access arrangements. They are not a clinical validation included with a documentation plan, and research EEG participation is never a condition of any plan. Read about the Lyfjaberg programme.
